The first is the Sutton Community Centre, 24, Collins Avenue on the Saltersgill estate in Middlesbrough TS4 3HF. The space includes a large hall, 2 smaller meeting rooms, storage, kitchen, toilets and outdoor space. Also included are 3 adjoining workshops.
The second opportunity is the Community Room, Forster House, Central Mews Middlesbrough TS1 1JS. The facilities include a large meeting room, lobby area, and toilets.
The premises offer an organisation the opportunity to develop their own community or charitable purpose, and to help the community develop activities for themselves. It's expected the managing organisation will make the centre available to hire to other users to meet local needs, and generate income.
Clarion does not charge rent and provides a repairs and maintenance service, in lieu of the benefits provided for local residents. We also offer a variety of Grants and support for developing community projects and services.
